Your eligibility for Rewards hinges on the creation and posting of content that aligns with our specified guidelines on Hood. Rewards, as outlined in our Rewards Policy, will be distributed accordingly. We appreciate your participation and look forward to rewarding your contributions in accordance with the terms and policies set forth in our program. This is the First Phase of Hood Creator Rewards Program, which is subject to change and gets modified later.

Acceptance

You agree to abide by the Hood Creator Rewards Program’s Terms by Accepting the Program’s Terms of Use. This dedication continues whether a contribution is made or a payout is received. You may not participate in the Hood Creator Rewards Program if you do not agree with the Program’s Terms. It should be noted that certain contributions on the platform could be represented by an agency or management organisation. You certify that you have the authority to represent and bind the third party to these terms if you are accepting the Program’s Terms on their behalf. The term "you" in the Program’s Terms also refers to this third party.

About Creator Badge on HOOD

An account with the creator badge is one that is active on the hood application and complies with our eligibility rules. The creator badge is a means to honour and appreciate users for their active engagement on the application. The badges are visible to other platform users as they are shown directly on the user's profile.

Eligibility criteria for the Creator Badge on HOOD

Only accounts that are regularly using HOOD are qualified to get a creator badge on the app.

In order to safeguard the integrity of the application, our team utilises an eligibility standard when deciding who gets the creator badge. To obtain or keep a creator badge, your HOOD account must satisfy the following requirements:

• The user must be highly active on the Hood application
• The posts on timeline must be non-spam and curated over a period of time
• The user must abide by our Community Guidelines under Privacy

Creator Eligibility

Under this Hood Creator Rewards Program, Hood needs the following for your account to be eligible as a creator:

• You live in India where you can sign up for Hood’s Creator Rewards program.
• You must have a Badge to be eligible for the Hood Creator Rewards Program.
• Your account must be 45 days old and you have been actively contributing to the App.
• You maintain the integrity of your Hood account by abiding by the Creator Terms, Content Policy, and User Agreement.
• The accounts that have been Suspended/Terminated in the past, will not qualify.
• You agree and abide by our Platform’s Terms and Policies.

Participating in the Hood Creator Rewards Program signifies to Hood that you satisfy the requirements for eligibility and that you will abide by the Program’s Terms as well as any applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Hood alone has the power to decide who is eligible to participate in the Hood Creator Rewards Program, and it has the right to change any restrictions at any time. Furthermore, Hood reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without owing Hood any explanation, to prohibit, stop, limit, or terminate access to the Services, including participation in the Hood Creator Rewards Program, pursuant to applicable law and without prior notice or responsibility.

Ineligible Contributions

Every piece of content on Hood is required to adhere to Hood’s Content Policy and User Agreement, commonly known as our rules. Even though the content is otherwise permitted on the site, some themes are not eligible to receive rewards. The content will not be considered eligible for Hood’s Creator Rewards Program as per our Prohibited Content in our platform’s Terms.

Creator Info

To determine if you are eligible to Hood Creator Rewards Program, your Creator Information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As per our Privacy Policy and in accordance with relevant legislation, we may divulge your Creator Info to third-party payment and compliance providers in order to verify your eligibility. You hereby provide Hood with your express approval to collect, use, and share your Creator Info for the reasons listed above when you participate in the Hood Creator Rewards Program. It is up to you to provide your Latest Creator Info, Accurate, and Full at all times while adhering to the Program's guidelines.

Modification or Discontinuation

Hood retains the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, or end the Hood Creator Rewards Program, including the criteria, rules, restrictions, and payout rate. Creator Rewards terms and Creator Rewards Policy modifications might be made at any moment and for any cause. Since the Hood Creator Rewards Program is available now it does not imply that Hood will have to keep it running in the future, and there is no guarantee that Creator Earnings will be able to be exchanged for monetary returns. Hood maintains the right to examine your Account activity and contributions in order to determine if your creator rewards are legitimate. In case we notice that a user is breaking any of the Hood terms, the CreatorTerms, or the Creator Rewards Policy.
